This video is an introduction to the JTAG test development environment called XJDeveloper.
XJDeveloper is where you can create tests for all the ICs on your board and produce a file that you can run on the production floor. XJDeveloper is streamlined to help you configure your board by answering a few simple questions about your hardware. Once XJDeveloper knows about your board, you can use off-the-shelf tests for most common devices. The real power in this environment is the XJEase language.
Much more than simple macros for automation, this is a complete test implementation language. In fact, this is the same language that we use internally for test development. Using XJEASE you can easily create new tests for devices and refine existing tests to reduce test times and improve test coverage.
